Sam from Zicklin Contracting did the NYC parapet
Inspection for me. He showed up on time, did a though inspection, filed the report with the city and sent me a copy of the report. It was a pleasure working with Sam and I will call him for future jobs.

Zicklin is a great Contracting Company that worked with us very fast and efficient with the Parapet Inspection needed to be done with my 6 family house! If I could give Zicklin a 6 star I would definitely give it to them! Great customer service and any doubt you have related to the service they provide they will make sure you they explain it to you! The Queens dept of building issued a zoning issue related to our front yard. The front yard was completely covered with concrete decades ago. Zoning must have been changed and now requires at least 25 percent area with soil for plants. Zicklin Contracting was hired to help remedy the issue. They were very communicative , responsive and quickly came with a crew to remove the necessary concrete at a reasonable price. The job was completed very professionally and I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again. W.T. Owner of the property.

My basement was a complete renovation due to a flood issue. I have never had to deal with a major construction project, but it was made easier due to the help of the contractor and his team. Work was done in timely manner.All the workers were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied with the finished product!
